Shoes were in perfect condition, the only problem was they size was too small, so we had to return the shoes. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and worked with me as we approached the return by date. The seller was very kind and understanding. Highly recommend purchasing from this seller. The only way the experience could have been any better is if my daughter's foot was smaller, lol...... and obviously the seller can't change that.
