I wear them for walking. When I first tried them on I felt they were a little small, but quickly realized the length was just right. The shoe wraps the foot snuggly providing very good support and that makes it feel a little tight, or small. After wearing them on a long walk I felt completely satisfied with the fit. The sole provides very good support. Nice look also with mesh all around and an interesting color.
